NAUTICAL COURT DECISION. (By TeleEraDh-— A«s<».-2et!o;i.'< Auckland, August 2. The Nautical Ctourt to-day decided that tho collision between the scow Combine and the barque Hazel Craig, while the latter was under tow near Whangarci on July 8, was due to tho neglect of the Combine to comply with tho collision regulations. The Court ordered tho master and owners of tho Combine to pay the costs of the inquiry.
