SATURDAY'S GAMES Both men's and ladies' championship hookey games were continued on Karori Park on Saturday, 'l'ho result of the various games are as follow: — SENIOR. After an interesting and evenly-con-tested game United defeated University bj one goal to nil. Richards scored tho only goal of tho game. Wellington (3) overcame Ramblers (2). AVaugh (2) and Bree scored for the winners, and Parker and Johnson for Ramblers. The game between Insurance and St. Augustine resultel in a draw—two all. Rix netted Insurance's two goals, while A. AVebley and Taylor scored for ihe Petoiie team. ' JUNIOR. Karori vanquished St. Augustine's, the score being 4—o. Karori B won by default from Insurance. Hutt Valley (4) defeated University A «). Wellington (4) had a victory over United (2). LADIES' GAMES. SENIOR. 'Ramblers (0), playing one short, were defeated by University (3). Misses Carrick (2) and Campbell wero the scorers. Huatahi accounted for Eamblers B, the score being 3—o. Misses Paterson Cathie and Chivnan were the scorers, JUNIOR. College A (2) had a win ovor Technical School (1). Te Aro (8) easily defeated Ramblers (0). Misses Olsen (4), Butts (2), M'Kiunon and Law. .were the scorers.
