ACTION FOR SLANDER
PLAINTIFF 'AWARDED DAMAGES, By Telegraph—Press Association. . Christohurch, July 30. Hie. Supreme. Court awarded George. Frederick Robinsoil, land dealer, £472 10s. damages in an action against James Corbett, farmer, for alleged slander of title and person. Plaintiff alleged that Corbett had spoken disparagingly about Robinson's property, thus affecting its sale.
