GERMAN SPITE IN FLANDERS
BRUSSELS FINED FOR THE EVERE AIRRAID. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Paris, July 29. Official. —The Germans imposed, a fine of £200,000 on the city of Brussels on account of the destruction'of the Zeppelins at Evere at the beginning of Juno. [Tho German airship shed at Evere, just north of Brussels, was attacked at 2.30 a.m. on the'morning of June 7, by Flight-Lieutenants J. P. Wilson, R.N., and J. S. Mills,'R.N. They dropped several bombs, and the shed burst into flames. It was afterwards ascertained that at least one airship, a naval Zeppelin of the largest size, was destroyed; while it was reported tnat a second had also been burnt. Tho people of Brussels took no part in the raid.]
