Despite the criticism,' it is believed' that the Government will adhere to its intention to adjourn Parliament on Wednesday, until the middle of September. . [Critics consider that in view of the general expectation that a great crisis in the war is at hand, Parliament should remain in session for the present to enable the House to be ill close touch with the Government.]
