Fund on Saturday dele- '.. gates, were appointed to tho conference to 'be held _ in. Wellington.' this week. Recommendations were adopted as a basis for the establishment of. a national scheme. It is recommended that tho v.. military district of Wellington be constiv.tuted into one fund district, and divided into' • seven different areas,' each area to ■have a committee of five for the purposes of tho collection and distribution of funds. ;It is suggested that the area committees K /elect a general executive committee, who shall act as a general advisory committee for the distribution of funds. \lt is further proposed that the general executive shall appoint three trustees in a conveni- ' . cnt centre, in whose name the funds shall foe invested; each fund to be. kept separately in books, and placed entirely un. der : tho control of the' district fuad com-t mittee.
