Advices from Constantinople stato that the Breslau lias been torpedoed in the Black Sea, and has returned to the Bosphoriis with a hole amidships, below the waterline. The German submarines Usl is strand-' cd off Tchekmedjo. ' • ■ To date, thirty-four vessels, totalling 130,000 tons, havo been sunk in the Sea of Marmora and the Black Sea.
