ALARMING CRISIS IN ENEMY'S COUNTRY Rome, July 19. The "Giornalo d'ltalia" states that refugees bring alarming news of the Ottoman situation. Tho troops in Adrianoplo have Tevolted, refusing to go to Constantinople, which they call the Turkish soldiers' tomb'. Eiiver Pasha (Minister of War) has been 'summoned to restore order. A plot was discovered against Envor Pasha by the Germans, whereupon fifty officers and soldiers were shot on Thursday without trial. Anarchy reigns in " Private houses have been requisitioned for wounded. The price of bread is inflated, coal is scarce, hindering navigation, there is a shortage of doctors and medical requisites, tlio persecution of Armenians and foreigners continues. The Committco of the Union, seeing impending ruin, is sending emissaries to Egypt, Tunis, and Libya, for tho purpose of fomenting crime. TURKISH OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE. London, July 19.
