POPE PROTESTS AGAINST AIR ATTACK ON BAR
, Rome, July 18. The Pope has instructed! the Papal Nuncio at Vienna to protest against the bombardment of Bari. One of the Austrian aeroplanes which took part in the operations yesterday, whilo on the way homeward from Bari, waß hit by a rifle shot and fell into the sea at Barletta, on the Adriatic. She was captured, with two officers.
SERVIANS WITHDRAW FROM DURAZZO.
Romo, July 18. At Italy's instance, the Servians haye' evacuated Durazzo, maintaining strategic positions in the vicinity. _ [It was recently reported that Italy had protested l against the Servian occupation of Durazzo, the Albanian capital.]
