UNDER DEFENCE OF REALM ACT By Telcgrapli—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 18, 3.30 p.m.) London, July 17. Ernest Blythe and L. Mellows, who have boon engaged in organising the Irish volunteers in various- parts, liave been ordered to bo expatriated. They are to be allowed to select a place of residence with the military authorities' approval, and must not leave the district without permission. Both refuso to leave Ireland, and declare that no charge has been formulated against, them. Blythe, Mellows, ajid Pirn, the latter also known as Newman, are organisers of the Sinn Fein 'volunteers, and their expulsion has heen ordered under the Defence of the Realm Act.
