The Parcel Post mail, per Main Trunk express, closes at.the Chief Post Office at 11.30 a.m., and for tho south per Perry Steamer at 5.45 p.m. Parcels for ■ dispatch by stoamera and tvaine, with tho exception of tho usual Ferry Steamers for southern offices, close at the Chief Post Office, Wellington, one hour before the advertised times of closing of mails.. As the last clearance of. City receivers is made at 5.45 p.m. ou Saturdays, all correspondence for the Sunday: night Auck-' land express must be posted at -the Chief Post Office not later than 8 p.m.. on Sunday.
