The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., report having held their usual weekly ! stock sale at their Levin yards on Wednesday, when they offered a small entry of sheep and, a. heavy yarding of cattle to a large attendance of buyers. Bidding was' brisk throughout tho sale, and, with, the exception of several lots of dairy cows, e, total olearancc was made at .satisfactory prices. The, quote :—Cull two-tooth ewes, 13s.
