AUSTRIAN NOTE TO AMERICA COMPLAINT ABOUT SUPPLIES .OP MUNITIONS By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. July 16, 1.20 a.m.) Amsterdam, July 15. Austria has banded the American Ambassador at Vienna a Note, calling the latter's attention to the large supplies of munitions which are being sent to Britain and her Allies, while Austria and Germany are completely cut off. Austria is convinced that the. Ameri- 1 can Government desires to observe neutrality, but' independent causes reverse that Government s intentions. Austria hints that tho United States Government' should take measures to sccure strict neutrality, and prohibit the export of munitions.
