NOTICE. mHE COMMISSIONERS invite all -JL persons able to give relevant information to forward their names and addresses to the Secretary, Information -is desired to enable the Commissioners to ascertain: (1) What defects (if any) have existed in the Camp site or its administration as affecting the health of the men; (2) The causes of the recent sickness and death there; ' J (3) What persona (if any) are responsible for such defects and causes.
