FIRING A REVOLVER
STRANGE BEHAVIOUR OP A MAN. (By Telosraoh.—Press Association.'. Auckland, July 14. A man ivlio gave his name as Charlie Norman was arrested last night on charges of drunkenness and firing a revolver on Stanley Bay Wharf. -It is stated that about 7.45 p.m. accused was standing-on the end of the wharf-.firing a. revolver in' all directions. Two young men saw a flash and a bullet passed .within a foot of their heads. Tho man who is said to liavo fired the shots was dressed in a Salvation Army uniform. A new five-chambered re-' volver and a number of cartridges wore found in his possession.
