At 370 feet, No. 8 south drive was rtarted and advanced 6 feet in fair grade wash over a depth of 3 feet. No. 7 south drive, which has been turned into a double blocking strip was advanced 16 feet In 4 feet of .pay w»6h. Blockinu is proceeding oil' No. 3 south-west drive and No 4 nortih-east drive. The mine superintendent telegraphed as follows yesterday ;-Gold return—s3oz. 6dwt. of gold from 938 trucks-for 5 days' work.
