The Prime Minister, accompanied ty Miss Massey and .some;.of the members of Parliament/ visited the new ; camps 'at -Waikanae.' Levin, 1 and- Palmerston yesterday:' Tho' soldiers wero-all under cover.;and seemed' in excellent spirits,; and. .although a, few cases of measles were taken 'away at: Palmerston,. the men's spirits' were by no means dashed.
