NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUING. ' Negotiations, for the formation of a National.- Cabinet aro still .proceeding. On Saturday morning the Prime Minister and the Leader , of- the Opposition conferred, but it is -understood that they reached no conclusion. They are to meet .again to-day, and it is just possible that as a result of .this conference 'some definite statement will bo made.
