J. ALLEN moved the second reading, of the Education, Amendment Bill, which he explained dealt only with a technical alteration in the law. SIR JOSEPH WARD (Awania) asked the Minister whether this was the only .Education. Bill to..come down this session. He also asked when the report of the: Education, Boundaries Commission would come down.

Herdman); in reply to Mr./ Hanan, 6aid that it was not proposed to bring: down an amendment of the Municipal Corporations' Act ;this session; The Bill was reported without amendment; read a third time, and passed..
