Britain to-day is offering a national tribute to France, in. tho form of a general collection for-the' French . Red Cross Service. The demonstration'will include sen-ices at Westminster Abbey and Westminster Cathedral, a fete at Montagu :House;, ; Tvhich''Qiieen;, Mary, and Queen Alexandria and many royalties will-attend. The ladies- are selling tiny tri-colours in. the shops, stations,. restaurants, and theatres, but not on the streets. The school children in London will marshnll at mid-day ijnd sing . "The Marsellaise."
