SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications arc for strong northerly and westerly winds, cloudy end unsettled weather, with rain probable generally; the barometer unsteady, and probably lulling again shortly in the south. Dull and foggy weather has prevailed, with rain in most parts of the country. Strong northerly winds have predominated, but decreased in force t-o-day..
