MAORI LAND BOARD CASE

TAU' HENARE, M.P., INTERESTED. (By. Telegraph.—Press Association.) , Whangarel, July 6. An important Maori Land Board case, affecting the sale of the Mangakowhara Blook, in the Bay of Islands, was adjourned at W'hangarei to-day owing to the inability;'of Tan Henare, M.P., the principal objector, to attend. The President of the Court (Judge Wilson) received a certificate from, the Speaker to the effect that the presence of Tau Henare was required'in Parliament. 'Such a certificate is rarely issued. It is given under Section 261 of the Legislature Act, 1908. The case was adjourned to a date to be fixed by tho parties.'
