- TWO NATIVE SOLDIERS KUN AMOK. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright (Rec. July i, 3.15 p.m.) Paris, July 3. 1 The.lndian Office reports a tragedy in the Indian cavalry at Jhansi. Two Molisurimcdan soldiers ran amok, killing Major Gale, Lieutenant Courtenay, and, run nine into the officers' mess, wounded a captain and a sergeant, and killed a bombardier.
A party of troops pursued tho murderers; l>ut before they woroshot down tlio. murderers killed Captain Cooper. The murderers were morose and fanatical, and the crime is an isolated one.
