APPEAL FOR A MORE FRIENDLY FEELING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyr-glit-Amsterdam, June 30. Berlin states that Dr. Gerhard, by means of interviews, is appealing to the Germans for a, more friendly feeling towards America. Ho states that America reproaches Germany for violating Belgium's neutrality and so'ling herself to militarism in, order to conquer the world. On the contrary, Germany was inclined to exaggerate the exportation of munitions, mistaking orders for deliveries. No very great portion of the orders for munitions had thus far been sent to the Allies.
