SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present Indications are for changeable weather generally, showery in the West Ooast .and southernmost districts, but probably Improving temporarily. Expect moderate to strong westerly and south-westerly winds. The'barometer has a rising tendcnoy at present. The weather hna improved in the Enst Ooast districts to-day, but oloudy skies have ruled, and scattered showers liavo fallen along the West Ooast of both islands. The ancient crown of Foland was found about four .years ago in a village in Russian Poland under an old oak tiee. The crown, had been placed in an iron helmet, and consists of four parts, adorned hy sixty-five prceious stones.
