PRISONERS IN GERMANY.
Sir.—ln order to assure the safe return of our men in Germany, held as prisoners, would it not be possible for the Imperial Government, or else a private company, to offer a bonus to those in charge of our suffering country men, making the bonus on a graduated scaler 1 (1) For those returning ih perfect health; (2) for those returning in broken'' health; (3) deduct bonus for those who have died during imprisonment.—l am, etc., HUMANE.
