(2) J George Hogben, G.M.G., M.A., F.G.S., under Section 8 (j) of the Act, representing technical interests. (3) Edward Banks, under Section 8 (j) of the Act, representing the interests of agriculture. (4) Mrs. Beatrice Esther Talbot, M.A., under Section 8 (j) of the Act, representing the interests of the education of girls.
