ATTEMPT ON THE KAISER'S LIFE
IMPERIAL TRAIN NEARLY BLOWN

Stockholm, Jiuie 26. The newspapers narrate an attempt on the Kaiser's life in Belgium at the beginning of May, when a railway bridge was blown up. The Imperial train was pulled up just in time to avert a catastrophe. The Germans declare that the bridge was mined at the beginning of the war. The explosion was accidental, but numerous German soldiers were arrested.
