CRITICISMS OF LORD KITCHENER
NO PROSECUTION INTENDED. London, June 24. The Solicitor-General (Sir F. E. Smith), in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said the Government did not intend to prosecute Lord Northcliffe's newspapers for their critic Isms of Lord Kitchener.
