SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY
The concert given last night by Miss Fontaine and party at the Sailors' Friend Society was most enjoyable. This being the last liiaht for tlio balloting for the Sea King Festival, groat Amusement was caused by the canvassing for the different candidates, the result- b'eiiiti as follows:—lst P : nk, 2nd Blue, 3rd White, 4tli Red. The crowning of the King takes place next Wednesday night-. The following artists contributed to Inst ovening's programme:—Messrs. Fontaine, Dodds, Petherick, .Bainsay, Woods, and Anderson, Messrs. Walker and Ramsay.
