Mr. Lloyd George lias approved tho formation of a Metropolitan Munitions Committee, including the presidents of tho institutions cf mechanical and electrical engineers, to organise London's manufacture of war munitions. EAGER WORKERS IN AUSTRALIA VOLUNTEER BRIGADES AT BROKEN HILL. Sydney, Juno 23. Volunteer brigades for the manufacture of munitions gratuitously in spara time are being inaugurated at Broken Hill. Members of tho Iron Trades Employers' Association of New South Wales have passed a resolution placing its services and resources at the disposal of the Government in whatever direction required.
