GERMAN PROFESSOR'S WARNING. (Rec. June 23, 0.40 a.ni.) London, June 22. Lecturing before the War Committee in Berlin, Professor Ballad said that according to the London "Times" the shortage in Gorman food supply was only 12 per cent., so that the attempt to starve Germany had failed.
