SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications arc for dull, cloudy, and misty weather. Bain is probable generally. Expect strong easterly to northerly winds, with a further decrease in atmospheric pressure, everywhere, and- probably very low in the south, for another Antarctic storm is threatening. Gloomy weather has prevailed, and considerable rain has fallen in the northern districts. High northerly winds liavo ruled in the north, and easterlies elsewhere.
