LAND AGENTS' ASSOCIATION
Meetings of delegates of Land Agents' Associations were held on June 8, 9, ancl 10. It was decided to form a. Dominion Association embracing all land agents' associations in New Zealand. Rules, with a general scale of charges, were adopted, nud referred to the solicitor, Air. Skerrctt, K.C., for revision. These will be dealt with at the first annual meeting of the association. to be held next month. . On the recommendation or tne Waikato Association, it was decided to recommend all associations in New Zealand to charge half rates only to all bona-fi.de members of the Expeditionary Forces who are leaving the Dominion. Where any doubt exists of bona-hdes, full rates to be charged, and a refund to be made when it is afterwards ascertained that the member is actually leaving, or lias already left, New Zealand. Proposed amendments to the Land Agents Act, 1912, and reasons for same were adopted, and referred to Mr. Skerrett for revision.
