SECOND DAY, INTERESTING WORK IN CONCERT CHAMBER. Tliere was a lair attendance at the morning and afternoon sessions, and good entries were received in the different sections. Much musical and dramatic talent was shown by the competitors in numerous events, and tie judges had no easy task in deciding on those who should meet the public in the evening for final favour. The Concert Chamber was crowded in the evening, when those recalled again gaTO the items .of the different sections. The talent displayed was very creditable, and the competitors gave an even better Blowing than that given 'during the day, before the judges.
