SCRAPS FROM GERMAN LETTERS. London, Juno 16. A German letter intended for the British was thrown in the Ypres Canal. It began: "Our victorious ends are accomplished. The Servians want peace with the Austriaps; Russia is ready for pcace, as her interests in the Balkans ere tlirea tened bv Italy's declaration. Russia is tired ':,f her great loss in Galim. Britons, don't you fear yotir end ?" A letter found on a German at Arras from "Orotchen" said: "Don't send any more English to Germany; thev are not worth feeding. Kill them all!"
