GERMAN OFFICIAL COMMUNIQUE FORTY THOUSAND PRISONERS SINCE SATURDAY. London, June 16. A Berlin communique states: "The defeated Russians on Wednesday attempted to arrest our pursuit on the Sa'n front between Sieniawa and the Dniester marshes.
