SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for stormy conditions. with further heavy rain Eenerally, and snow in the high country of the South Island. Expect high westerly winds, changing'to eoutherlics, the barometer unsteady, but rising by to-mor-row evening. A westerly storm area las enveloped the Dominion, the baiometer foiling fast everywhere since yesterday evening. The weather has been -unsettled and general rain has been roportod.
