SUMMARY AND FORECAST Present indications are for westerly winds, changing to northerly and increasing strong to gale generally. Another storm aim appears to be developing on the Tnsman Sea. and dull and misty conditions are likely to prevail, with, rain following shortly in most parts of the Dominon. Strong westerly winds predominated, and the barometer has been unsteady, rising last night and falling again to-day. especially in tho south.
