On the same day at Kohtiratabi. there was a fair entry, and tho following sales were made:—Two-tooth ewes, .183.; Small, 155.; two and four-tooth wethers, £1 3s. Id.; lambs, 14s. Id.. 145., 10s. 7d.. 9s. 9d.; store cows, £3 3s. to £4; pony, saddle, end bridle, £8. At Ngaero, on. Thursday, June 10, for Mrs. H. Kenny's clearing gale, there was a good attendance, and the stock having been well cared for and showing fair quality, good competition was obtained, the herd of 30 averaging £9 6s. 3d. The best cows made up to £15 55.; others, £7 to £9 155.; aged or late calvers, £5 15s. to £6 10s.; empty cow 6, £3 155.; bull, £10 156.; weaner heifers, £1 7s.
