LIBEL ACTION SETTLED
* VACUUM OIL COMPANY AND "TEE AGE." (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright,) (Ree. Jane 15, 11.80 p.m.) Melbourne, June 15. The libel action by the Vacuum Oil Company against the "Age" has been settled, the defendants unreservedly withdrawing the statements complained of. [The Vacuum Oil Company issued a writ claiming twenty thousand pounds storling for alleged libel contained in on article published in the "Age" headed "Trading With the Enemy."]
