The "Sun's" London correspondent states that Rosenthal, wlio was arrested in connection with th' l use of forged American passports, oonfessed that lie was sent by Captain Priecer, head of the German spy system, wl.o bad a perfect equipment for the manufacture of fraudulent Amerioan passports, and suggested that if 'he were afraid to travel on an emergency passport issued from Berlin at the beginning of the war ho could givo liim another. Priecer showed him American passports in proper fonn, on proper parenment, and also tko forged dies by which the United States soal could be reproduced. Rosenthal attempted to commit suicide since his arrest, The "Sun" savs that Rosenthal's confession regarding Prie-er is corroborated by incontrovertible evidence in New York.
