Seddon, M.P., who enlisted with Mr. Downie Stewart, M.P., on Saturday, the Captain S&ddon wbo was sent to London b.y this country to gain experience in military matters? Seddon, M.P., is the brother of Captain Seddon, who resigned from tlio Defence Forces shortly after his return from England.]
