BULGARIA OBTAINS RESTITUTION
FOR GERMAN SEIZURE OF RIFLES Sofia, June 12. Bulgaria protested against Germany's confiscation of the rifles which were on board the Steamer Pau, and has obtained restitution. WARNING TO AERIAL TRES- • PASSERS. (Rec. June 13, i p.m.) Sofia, June 12. The Bulgarian Government has notified the foreign Governments that the military authorities havo been ordered to fire on any foreign aeroplane traversing Bulgarian territory. [German aeroplanes have lately been trespassing over Bulgaria en route t« Turkey.]
