FIRE IN MOTOR FACTORY
LOSS OF AMBULANCES. DAMAGE PLACED AT £80,000. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright) London, June 10. The works of Brown, Hughes, and Strachan, motor body-builders, Park Royal, Ealing, covering three acres, have been burned. Ouo hundred Red Cross Ambulances and two hundred Army Service motorvans wore destroyed. The firo started in the centre of the works. There was a strong breeze, and the buildings were swept riglit and A large force of troops assisted the firemen to extinguish the flames. The damage is estimated at £80,000.
