The children of the Roseneath. district hs>ve been earning an enviable name for themselves in connection with the raising of funds for patriotic purposes. Recently a number of tbem, headed by little Eileen Brow, organised a bazaar in aid of the Hospital Ship Fund, as i the result of which a cheque amounting to M 2 lis. 3d. was handed in yesterday to the Mayor. About a dozen of the children concerned attended at the Town Hall yesterday afternoon, when the money was paid in. and wero treated to afternoon tea by the Mayoress (Mrs, Luke).
