William Schofield, who was struck by a train at the end of Parnell Tunnel on May 29, died in the Hospital last [ night, J FOUND DROWNED, f Oamaru, June 8. ' The body of Ebenezer Glass, aged 38, , a hootmaker and a well-known resi- : dent, was found floating' some dist-anco ' outside the breakwater this afternoon. ! The deceased left home shortly before 1 ' o'clock for his shop, apparently in good health, though ho had been sufj ferine from influenza. He leaves a i wife but no children.
