The mine superintendent of the Talisman Consolidated reports:—The London office cables the directors' report and balance-sheet ia to be issued on June 5, and the annual meeting will be held on June 15. Tho accounts show gross profits t,o fie £138,963, and the net profits £120,830. The dividends paid amounted to £120,750. carried forward £21,201, investment £78,000, bullion in transit £900, sundry debtors £768, baeh balance £22,120, sundry creditors £16,612, bullion reserve £8000.
