"Several people have written to said the Defence Minister yesterday, "asking me for information about soldiers who hare lost their lives at the front —as to where they are buried, and so on. It is very difficult to gather all this information, but there are dufiuito instructions laid down about these casualty reports, and people who have lost friends or relatives may rest assured that whatever information is available about the dead will be collected as soon as it can be collected, and circulated to those interested. Their kits and belongings are being returned regularly by transports."
