The Prcfls Bureau states that the Belftian Government strongly protests against the action of General von Biasing (Governor-General of Belgium) in dissolving the Belgian Red Cross Central Committee, and confiscating its funds and archives. The International Committee of the Red Cross in Geneva enrlorsfes the protest. General von Bissing demands that tho Red Cross should support his institution f<xr assisting women, which is outside the scopo of the Red Cios3 work. 1
